Lighter Classic Southern Egg Salad

My hubby and I have been craving good ol' fashioned southern egg salad lately. My opinion is that egg salad should taste like potato salad, but without potatoes, you know?! I only found ONE recipe with sweet relish in it when I Googled for egg salad recipes.Propostorous!! 

Lighter Classic Southern Egg Salad
10 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup any 35-calorie per TBS mayo
1/4 cup sweet relish
1 TBS yellow mustard
1 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp salt

Garnish with green olives and paprika, if desired.
